Stefan Trnovski MD

Stefan Trnovski, MD, is a double board-certified and fellowship-trained anesthesiology and pain management specialist at Alliance Spine Associates, LLC. Dr. Trnovski sees patients in the Fair Lawn and East Orange, New Jersey, offices, where he specializes in diagnosing and treating acute and chronic pain, cancer pain, and other pain conditions. He uses traditional and newer high-tech techniques, always focusing on non-invasive and minimally invasive treatment procedures.

Dr. Trnovski earned his medical degree at the Faculty of Medicine at Sts. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje, Macedonia. He completed his Obstetrics-Gynecology internship at the St. Louis University School of Medicine in St. Louis, Missouri. Dr. Trnovski then completed his residency in Anesthesiology at UNDNJ (now Rutgers) Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in New Brunswick, New Jersey.

After his residency, Dr. Trnovski completed advanced fellowship training in Pain Medicine through the highly prestigious Tri-Institutional Fellowship in Pain Medicine at the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, New York–Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical College, and Hospital for Special Surgery, all in New York City.
